Welder Fabricator needed in Wahpeton, ND. 1st shift! Per Diem is available!
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking 1st shift Welder Fabricators with strong fabrication skills and experience with MIG welding in Wahpeton, ND!
In this role, you will be responsible for reading complex blueprints and shop drawings to weld component parts or complete fabrications using the appropriate equipment and technique to produce a tight tolerance, high quality product. You will be expected to manage complete fabrication projects which include print reading, setup, dimensioning, fabricating, welding, analyzing work orders and completed assemblies. We are looking for individuals willing to take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards.
This is a temp-to-hire position on 1st shift. The standard hours are Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm with overtime available after each shift and on Friday. The starting wages are $22-25+/hr and up based on experience.
Per Diem pay is available for those who qualify, $95/day worked.

- Minimum 1-2 years of MIG welding experience. New welding grads encouraged to apply.
- Strong fabrication skills working with sheet metal, stainless and other alloys
- Experience working from routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Robotic welding experience a huge plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
