• ** INCREASED WAGE RATES!! $17 to $25.50 (based on experience, position, shift)
• ****4-DAY Work Week (four 10's); Overtime, if needed, it is scheduled on Friday.

WELDER / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Fixture Weld Inner Assemblies
• · Assembly of components
• · Insulation Wrapping
• · Auto-Welder Operations
• · Final welding product
• · End of Cell Checking Fixtures
• · Air testing

MACHINE OPERATOR / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
• (presses, lasers, robots, etc.)
• · Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
• · Cleanings and inspecting of all parts
• · Complete proper paperwork per station
• · Set up and operator assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
• · Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
• · Cleanings and inspecting of all parts

ALL POSITIONS

• · Keep work area safe and clean (5S: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• · Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations.
• · Cross train in other areas and departments; may be moved to other production areas when needed to meet customer needs and demands.
• · Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor/lead
