Kaplan Estates, nestled on our beautiful campus in Peabody MA, is part of Chelsea Jewish Lifecare-a non-profit, mission driven organization which has been providing innovative care to the elderly and disabled in Massachusetts for over 100 years! Kaplan Estates is an active, vibrant Assisted Living Community and is a part of our campus that offers short-term rehabilitation, traditional long-term care, and memory care with an outstanding team of professionals who go above-and-beyond each day in the care of our residents.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Wellness Nurse who has a desire to be a part of our extended community. The Wellness Nurse works as part of a team and is directly responsible for providing high quality care to our residents while being a constant companion striving to protect, nurture and sustain the residents in a competent, caring and kind manner. In addition to providing high quality care, the Wellness Nurse will be providing limited medication assistance, assessments as well being a liaison with families.

Hours: Per Diem

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN License in the state of MA
• Experience working in a geriatric setting
• Commitment to excellence in caring for our residents
• Excellent communication skills in relating to family members and other medical professionals
