Arraya Solutions, a leading Mid-Atlantic technology consulting firm and Managed Services provider located just outside Philadelphia, is looking for a Windows Systems Engineer to join our team!

The Windows Engineer will be a part of a team that are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s internal systems and network infrastructure. This includes both hardware and software systems. You will be collaborating closely with other teams in the company to ensure that our systems are able to meet the demands of our business. In this role, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and be able to apply them to real-world scenarios.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience working as a systems engineer or a similar role. They will also have experience working with a variety of different operating systems and network architectures. Additionally, they will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Microsoft 365 support, administration, and implementation.
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft – MCDST, MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Active Directory design and support, Azure, VMWare vSphere and VMWare Horizon.
- Implementation and strong enterprise support experience with the following technologies: Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- MS Exchange/MS Teams – unified communications
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows Server 2016 and above
- Patch Management
- Scripting (e.g. MS PowerShell scripting is a plus)
- Enterprise systems application deployment and management
- Network Monitoring Performance Tools (Solarwinds preferred)
- Knowledge of Authentication, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Conditional Access Policies
- Remote Administration Tools
- Ability and willingness to work alone, and irregular hours and days.
- Ability to work with individuals of all levels and varying technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
