Select Physical Therapy in Orlando, Florida is currently expanding our WorkStrategies PRN team and are seeking several PRN WorkStrategies Specialists for In-Clinic and Onsite coverage. These PRN positions are for certified athletic trainers (ATC's), PTA's, COTA's, exercise physiologists, kinesiologists
The person in this role will be trained in employment testing protocols and provide in-clinic or onsite testing for local hiring events as well as potential “paid” travel for regional hiring events.
Compensation: commensurate with experience, starting at $22-25/hr
Hours Needed: PRN. Shifts are varied depending on the contract but are flexible, for example: coverage could be 1-4 days a week, Monday through Friday (possible Saturday options) and either morning, afternoon, or full shift depending on the needs and person’s availability

Responsibilities:
- Functional assessments
- Employment testing
- Onsite job coaching/education
- BS Degree REQUIRED
- Preferred one year clinical experience
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) certification (if applicable)

First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- Basic understanding of ergonomics and body mechanic assessment
- Desired exposure in movement screens, postural assessments, and corrective exercises
- Bilingual - desired but not required
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written direction.
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
- Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility and in the community.
- Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing athletes, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
- Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration in accordance with state labor laws.
