Job Overview
Supports day-to-day management and optimization of client accounts - certification projects from initiation through final client deliverables including work order creation, invoicing, and verification packet release alongside the Technical and Program Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process initial and renewal client applications, work orders, and invoices ensuring accuracy and timely response
- Manage timelines with Technical Staff and PM for completion of final Verifications and Deliverable as determined at project start
- Support and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Support the resolution of client issues and/or complaints
- Organize and maintain client files and documentation, assist in development and maintenance of program procedures/protocols
- Willingness to be proactive and work beyond job responsibilities to design new systems and improve existing systems
- Interface with technical staff (remote & internal) to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide support and insight to the Marketing and Sales Teams
- Process high-level inquiries quickly and proactively; follow through on tasks to successful completion
- Demonstrate working knowledge of each certification program supported
- Revenue flow comprehension
- Maintain GPG and update as necessary for client requests and data changes
- Support the team in ancillary data management of client specifics
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or similar
- Experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, and online business tools
- Excellent relationship-building skills as well as project organizational techniques and tools
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
This is an office-based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak with clients and colleagues in person and on the phone.

Pay Range
$21.50 to $26.50 per hour
