Automotive Cashier/Receptionist
Job description
Napleton’s Lexus of Wayzata dealership is looking for our next Automotive Service-Cashier/Receptionist. The Automotive Service Cashier/Receptionist will be responsible for handling customer transactions through calculating bills and processing payments. The ideal candidate will be attentive, and customer focused. As a receptionist, this position is key to creating a customer friendly environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Guarantee all checks in accordance with the company policy.
- Perform any other special duties as requested by the Controller
- Able to have a flexible work schedule, including all retail holidays
Job/Education Requirements:
- High school diploma- required
- Ability to count, read and comprehend instructions and information- required
- Excellent oral communication skills- required
- Professional personal appearance- required
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel- required
- Previous dealership experience- preferred, but not required
- CDK experience- a plus, but not required
