Masterson Staffing is hiring plating operators for our new client in Bloomington!

This is a great long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity!

The ideal candidate will demonstrate job longevity and have previous experience working in production, manufacturing, and assembly.

Previous physical labor/heavy lifting experience is strongly preferred.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM-3:30PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:15PM-11:45PM

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00PM-7:30AM

Duties:

• Operate the plating line
• Able to take direction and retain information
• Maintain process chemistry for the line
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Rack and Un-rack panels and process according to the Route sheet

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years old
• Comfortable using large equipment
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
• Possess basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs. on a regular basis
