Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining financial reports, intercompany and bank reconciliations.
• Maintains professional relationships with clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly reports including WIP.
• Organize and concise accounting records for monthly reviews.
• Prior use and knowledge of SAGE software highly desirable.
• Performs daily tasks (answering phones, taking messages & accepting mail delivery)
• Maintain office inventory, supplies.
• Administering and managing electronic devices.

Qualifications:

• Advanced organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to organizational needs.
• Excellent customer services skills and maintains confidentiality.
• Strong leadership & analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• 1-3 years experience in the construction or mechanical industry a major plus.
• Punctuality and dependability are a must.
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Sage.
• Willingness to learn new software as may be required.
