Job description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. You will work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive.Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all issues are addressed to the customer's satisfaction
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with product and service information, including providing recommendations and answering questions
Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that customer information is up-to-date
Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all customer service goals and targets are met
Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Identifying opportunities to promote and sell additional products or services to customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
