Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire a energetic and cheerful person to join our award winning team. We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.
Prior insurance industry experience is not required but preferred. We have a great training and mentoring program to help you succeed.
This position has nights and weekends free.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests with a specified time
- Identify cross selling opportunities and referring the customer to the appropriate agent
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Obtain CA Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (we pay for the training) We know you may not have a license. Not to worry. We will provide the license training course to get your license if you don't have one. You just need to complete your hours and get your license within 60 days.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Must be highly self-motivated and Career-minded
