Overview:
Immanuel is seeking a part time Food Service Associate to work 16 hours/week - evening and weekend shifts - at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday.
This position will pay up to $17.83/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of a Food Service Associate include assisting in patient tray line assembly and related duties such as loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher. Assists in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons and operates the cash register. Also maintains the records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria.
Skills & Requirements
Previous food service experience preferred.
For cafeteria duties, cash handling experience preferred.
