The Digital Content Specialist will develop, create, manage, and optimize digital content to establish our online presence across all digital channels – website, email, social media platforms, microsites, blogs, etc. As a member of our close-knit team with Spoke Custom, this position will report to the Marketing Director. Spoke Custom delivers seamless print-on-demand experiences that help businesses create lasting emotional connections with purposeful, high-quality products. Spoke Custom’s parent company, Polyconcept North America (PCNA), is a leading promotional products supplier providing everything from backpacks, water bottles and wireless power banks to stylish polos, jackets and hoodies – thousands of products in all, with the capability to imprint logos on each and every one of them.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Research, generate and edit a high volume of diverse copy to be used in a variety of public-facing sales and marketing channels, including emails, blog, website, presentations, collateral, social media, etc.
  • Develop high-quality marketing and social media campaigns from ideation through execution and implementation.
  • Work closely with marketing director, sales and agency partners to design and execute digital content programs that align with Spoke Custom’s target focus.
  • Identify story telling opportunities to share, engage and build audience. Connect with different teams regularly to identify those stories and develop them for social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales, merchandising and product team to understand Spoke Custom’s solutions, value, and audience.
  • Conceptualize and deliver highly creative content for all customer touchpoints to communicate the same (social, email, sponsored ads, web content, e-newsletter) with support from the marketing director.
  • Schedule, manage, and monitor Spoke Custom’s Social Media Channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and use effective creative tactics to improve performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members and agency partners to design and execute digital content programs (email, landing pages, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School degree required. BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, creative, or related field from an accredited educational institution preferred or 5-7 years' related experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in digital content role.
  • Demonstrable experience contributing to website content design, email, landing page design/optimization, social media, blogs, product promotions and digital ad content.
  • Highly creative, with experience in understanding the target audience and segmentation and developing digital content that educates, engages, and compels action.
  • Ability to create short and long-term content calendars based on availability and relevancy of topics.
  • Proficient with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wix, Hootsuite, social media platforms, CMS platforms, Google Analytics and/or other marketing tools will be beneficial.
  • Should be able to present and describe complex ideas and concepts using simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Completes tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strives to exceed expectations.
  • Attention to detail, takes pride in work, and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth.
