Executive Leadership Strategy & Assessment
The Senior Director of Executive Leadership Strategy and Assessment is responsible for the talent strategy and assessment approach for the organization. The individual in this role will partner across multiple internal teams to deliver on our executive talent processes, assessment, succession approach and leadership model for the organization. To be successful, this individual must win as one working across the organization and teams, be client obsessed focusing on the most critical skills and approach to further our talent pipeline in the organization. This position reports to the VP, Executive Effectiveness and Leadership Development.

Base Pay Range: $138,800/yr. - $191,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Delivers a multi-year talent approach that delivers excellent results with a focus on talent development
Manages the approach for organizational assessment needs and talent management strategies
Manage the approach to executive assessment, talent review and succession planning. Partners with the HR team and business to identify talent development areas and opportunities.
Creates, implements and maintains the leadership model to facilitate the growth and enable the success of our people leaders
Partners with HR and business leaders to build succession plans and talent pipelines for key roles throughout the organization
Conducts analysis on talent management programs to understand trends and provide recommendations on program and process improvement.
Develops success criteria, metrics and dashboards to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to executive leadership and talent management

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of talent processes and/or talent strategies experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of talent processes and/or talent strategies experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of assessment tools and methodologies, including 360 and executive assessments.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop practical solutions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
- Ability to foster strong relationships with key executives and consult, advise and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop practical solutions
- Ability to travel as needed (10-20%)

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
