Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced Dual Director of Sales and Marketing at our Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites Seaworld, San Antonio, Texas. Our Courtyard has 179 rooms and the Fairfield Inn has 98 rooms. The Courtyard is close to a championship golf course and is a short distance from Six Flags Amusement Park. This property has a Starbucks, full service restaurant, indoor-outdoor swim up bar and on-site movie theater. The Fairfield Inn offers a complementary breakfast and exceptional value to guests.

The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, motivated, passionate, and collaborative individual who has a deep understanding of how to develop strong relationships with customers, how to effectively prospect, and how to positively and creatively lead a team. The Dual Director of Sales will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead department in providing the highest quality of service to customer at all times.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
• Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior Director of Sales Experience (3+ years) required.
• Strong market knowledge.
• Hotel Leadership Experience (5+ years) required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to assess financial and competitive data to make informed decisions
• Successful history of leading & motivating sales team members & coaching team members toward success.
• Good team player.

Salary Pay Range: $77,093 - $96,366
