Progressive Debt Relief is an industry leading debt relief firm who has been helping financially burdened clients for almost 20 years.

We’re growing so we are looking for ambitious and friendly individuals to serve as Certified Debt Specialists. You will be greeting new clients and qualifying them for our program. You must have a positive attitude, be extremely organized, and willing to adjust to the needs of the team and company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering and making calls
• Conducting a financial analysis with potential clients
• Conducting client enrollments
• Conduct required follow-ups during client's program term.

• Handle escalated calls and resolve issues quickly
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft with basic computer program
• Read and follow company scripts
• Time Management is a must
• Very Organized and can meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
