ADOBE
We are looking for a motivated administrative professional to support the team dedicated to driving global digital growth across the Adobe Digital Media business. The ideal candidate will be a calendaring guru, who loves to juggling multiple projects and has a great sense of humor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide administrative support to the Head of Global Payments and Risk
Internal and external scheduling and calendar coordination
Book travel arrangements, domestic & international
Filter and manage requests for internal & external commitments.
Coordinate special projects including team off-sites, team building and all hands meetings
Prepare and submit expense vouchers
Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions
Collaborate with Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes

REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree or minimum of 4-6 years’ administrative experience
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-through
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism
Handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
Ability to foresee challenges with calendar, travel needs, etc.
Confidence and strong decision-making skills
Proven mastery of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel)
Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
