ASRC Federal is currently seeking a Governmentwide Contract Task Order Analyst to provide business opportunity identification, qualification, and dissemination in support of GWAC/IDIQ Program Management Office business development activities. This position will accommodate remote working, but will be based out of Reston, VA.

Key Role

• Identify, review, disseminate, and GWAC/IDIQ track task order RFIs and RFPs of potential interest to ASRC Federal Operating Groups.
• Assist the GWAC/IDIQ Program Office with additional business development support activities such as the development of contract vehicle information content, maintenance of internal and public websites, and the Program Office and contract metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RFI/RFP distribution channels for task order business opportunities
• Update the ASRC Federal Opportunity Manager with RFI and RFP data on a timely basis
• Maintain opportunity watch list, keeping ASRC Federal personnel updated on current task order information of interest
• Keep the Opportunity Manager distribution up to date
• Prepare monthly or ad hoc reports as required
• Assist in researching expiring task orders to assist in the business development process
• Assist business development and capture functions with task order opportunity qualification and competitive intelligence

This is a junior role.

• 0-2 years of office related experience
• Understanding of federal government contracting preferred
• Associates degree or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
• Experience in operating business management systems
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency required.
