- Nurture and build customer relationships through recommending solutions, process and quote services, and contracts, including negotiating pricing and overseeing the success of service fulfillment
- Generate and raise up new business leads to Outside Sales Representatives
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 1+ year of retail sales, hospitality sales, or other commercial or consumer sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills is required
- Self-starter personality
- Availability for a 11:30 am - 8:00 pm shift in office 3x per week and remote 2x per week
- 1+ years of experience using POS or CRM systems to maintain customer information is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
