Assist customers who send an online inquiry and those that call into the store in gathering information on new and preowned inventory and schedule the customer to visit our store.
Almost everyone does their shopping online before they set foot in a dealership and the Internet Leads account for 40% + of all sales in the dealership. Those that call into the dealership are also incredibly important, so training is crucial and following the guidelines set forth to handle these hot prospects is expected.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to online prospects via phone, text, and email and stay on top of your scheduled tasks to complete as many as possible within your shift. Use guidelines set to interact with customers and maintain accurate records and continue to stay on top of "hot" prospects daily. Take inbound phone calls using set guidelines/training to assist customers and schedule a visit at the dealership. Keep track of all appointments in our Customer Service Relationship Management tool with thorough notes and track all shows, as well.


Qualifications

  • Great interpersonal skills (especially on the phone), the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, flexible schedule, good typing skills and grammar.
