Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) employees with their technology needs. This includes assisting employees from technical onboarding to troubleshooting the unexpected challenges they may face with technology day-to-day. In addition, this position will get hands on experience taking recurring business processes and working with business leaders to automate processes thus helping to create additional efficiencies and effectiveness organization wide.

Job Responsibilities*
- Onboard and offboard employees using Office 365 and Google workspace environments
- Troubleshoot problems within applications and work with external software vendors to resolve issues
- Understand and maintain the footprint of existing business applications, disseminating information to staff on upcoming changes on the IT roadmap.
- Help manage incoming IT support tickets and respond to business application support requests
- Understand business processes, workflows, and how business applications are used by departments
- Assist with developing and implementing technology policies
- Co-lead technology group
- Co-lead efforts to automate routine processes using Power Automate
- Liaison to Denver Scholarship Foundation’s technology vendors as a secondary point of contact
Requirements: Required Skills and Abilities
- Desire and aptitude for helping people use technology
- Demonstrated success providing customer-focused technical support to end users
- Ability to triage and prioritize support requests and project work
- Good time-management skills and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to work independently on tasks and projects with guidance and support from IT Director
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to communicate technical information and ideas in easy-to-understand language
- Comfortable upholding technology policies
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish
- Creative and innovative approach to applying technology to business problems
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or business equivalent or commensurate training and work experience in information technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 application suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and other apps
- One to three years of experience preferred in business application support
- Experience training staff on new applications and systems
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience with Windows-based operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware
- Understanding of cyber security risk mitigation
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other workflow technologies a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $60,000 to $65,000
