JMT Staffing Solutions has partnered up with a growing Audit firm in Wakefield, MA that is looking to hire an Jr Audit Associate on a Temporary to Hire OR Direct Hire Basis.

As an Audit Associate, you will work alongside a talented team of individuals to review and complete thorough analysis of financial and other data. You will review financial and insurance documents for compliance, compile data so thorough analysis can be completed, document and research any discrepancies and complete other duties as required.

Qualified candidates will meet all the following criteria:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar
• 6 months+ years Accounting, Finance or Office experience
• Advanced Excel Skills - pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
• Analytical mindset
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent career opportunity with opportunity for growth and advancement. This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday. This will likely start off remote, then eventually transition back to the office.
