*THIS IS A NON PAID TRAINING PROGRAM*

This program will equip students with the basic skills, and responsibilities of a Leasing Professional, and how to build credibility, manage time, utilize communication tools, create effective marketing plans, write documents, stay professional during difficult situations, and communicate effectively.

General Requirement:

• MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENCE ONLY

The entire curriculum:

• encompasses a total of 65 hours of training (4 Weeks)
• uses English language as a medium of instruction.

Educational Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must provide proof of a High School Diploma or a GED. Student may provide college transcripts in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
