Arnold, Gruber & Haren, Ltd. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join the practice. Arnold, Gruber & Haren is a mid-sized law firm in growth mode and the right candidate will have an opportunity to grow along with the firm. This position reports to one or more of the attorneys at the firm.

Job Description:

• Gathering information needed to prepare legal documents in Litigation and Arbitration matters.
• Drafting letters and documents in Litigation and Arbitration matters.
• Logging matter information and organizing client files.
• Calendar/Scheduling events.
• Researching court rules and Ohio laws related Litigation and Arbitration matters.
• Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings.
• Referring all matter questions from client and third-parties to attorney.
• Communicating with client and third-parties under attorney direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Paralegal will have completed a course of study offered by a college or university especially for Paralegals and will possess a certification as a trained paralegal.
• A paralegal must be competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• A paralegal must also be very confident in communicating with others in a professional manner.
• A Paralegal should have experience in a law firm. Experience in probate and/or estate planning matters will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
