The client is seeking a Marketing/Communications Specialist III to develop and support marketing campaigns and key messaging to mortgage servicers to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption of business objectives. A Marketing/Communications Associate is responsible for the effective delivery of information and communications to business partners and stakeholders.

The client is seeking a Marketing/Communications Specialist III to develop and support marketing campaigns and key messaging to mortgage servicers to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption of business objectives. A Marketing/Communications Associate is responsible for the effective delivery of information and communications to business partners and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing communications to mortgage servicers through a wide variety of channels and content types (e.g., email, news articles, talking points, web, collateral, social media, short videos, etc.) to drive marketing performance.
- Establish relationships within Marketing & Communications and throughout the company to help provide business partners with the most effective solutions to business needs.
- Develop and maintain marketing campaigns and initiatives that communicate a compelling message to a specific audience to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build trust and credibility as a strategic marketing and communications partner, providing team with sound recommendations.
- Draft and edit written communications.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling products or services.
- Ability to manage project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams) and ability to work in other web-based applications (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 5-7 years related experience required.
- Experience in B2B financial services or mortgage industry preferred, but not required.
