Job description

All Points Transit, a 501c3 non-profit organization providing public transit services, is seeking a full-time Mobility and Passenger Services Manager (MPSM) to join the Management Team. The MPSM will build partnerships to coordinate, plan, fund and promote transit services throughout the region. They will build systems that raise community awareness about available transit options. They will support call center services by optimizing the use of transit technology by staff and riders, alike, including innovating and implementing new features as needed. The Mobility and Passenger Services Manager will also provide direct support to riders by helping them with trip planning and ensuring their unique needs for transportation are met through All Points Transit’s services or other transit resources.

The MPSM will oversee one part time staff person - the Outreach and Advisory Council Coordinator. The MPSM also oversees the Volunteer Driver Program.

Qualified applicants will have five years of related or management level experience, enjoy making public presentations and community events, have the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
