Requirements

• Dealership General Sales Manager experience is required
• This candidate needs to be available for work on a varied schedule including nights, Saturdays, and some holidays
• Valid Driver’s License must be insurable by Schomp’s Insurance
• Clean driving record, or, minimal violations, and the ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the sales team

• Maintain the profitability of your teams

• Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements

• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance Sales Team

• Ensure proper follow-up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system

• Establish delivery procedures

• Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership & OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

• Model professionalism and approach all situations as a representative of the company
