Bull Moose Tube is adding a part-time Corporate Recruiter to help support our continued growth and achievement of established business objectives. The Corporate Recruiter will be an integral part of the HR Team working across the organization to assist hiring managers and attract top talent to fill a variety of salaried positions. The position is remote part-time 25 hours a week with benefits.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct full cycle recruiting to include posting, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all salaried positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop and update job descriptions, devise recruitment strategies, and determine the applicable interview process and participants.
• Coordinate the interview schedule with candidates and interview team
• Responsible for managing the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the process, consistent with established business objectives.
• Regularly inform and update hiring managers of the status and progress of recruiting efforts.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to communicate offers of employment.
• Consistent with established policies, procedures, and business objectives; draft employment offers, position-specific related offer documentation, and prepare offer communication pieces.
• Ensure the retention of applicant and candidate records consistent with legal, business and other requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years full cycle recruiting experience
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Work regularly within Applicant Tracking Systems moving candidates through the process and utilizing functions for more efficient practices
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
