The Regional Field Operations Manager will need to work with National Field Operations, NOCoE, Supply Chain, National Construction Management, and Safety on standing up new or continuous improvement of existing processes. The Regional Field Operations Manager will have strong knowledge of the operational requirements of the markets and use this knowledge to inform management about the ongoing requirements. The role will bear responsibility for the Regional network’s in-service metrics and accessibility by Dish’s customers. They will work with Market Operations teams to be prepared in the event of a network incident and will be the escalation point for ensuring all build complete network nodes are integration ready, stable and impairment free during all phases of network launch and then support them in an operational mode after launch.

DISH Wireless is looking for a Regional Field Operations Manager with the ability to collaborate on and ensure adherence to new processes and procedures on a Regional level to build and support our 5G network.
The Regional Field Operations Manager will need to work with National Field Operations, NOCoE, Supply Chain, National Construction Management, and Safety on standing up new or continuous improvement of existing processes. The Regional Field Operations Manager will have strong knowledge of the operational requirements of the markets and use this knowledge to inform management about the ongoing requirements. The role will bear responsibility for the Regional network’s in-service metrics and accessibility by Dish’s customers. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Provide oversight and guidance for the field operation of the network- Partner with National Field Operations on planning, performance management, process development, procedure production, etc.
- Support and advise Field Operations Managers in each market as they build, integrate, operate, and maintain all network equipment and software
- Directly assist the Regional Vice President in overall management of the deployed wireless network, its maintenance, well-being and necessary upgrades when required
- Communicate status and issues at various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
- Partner with National Field Operations on processes surrounding potential technical and tactical challenges and develop contingency plans for network operations events, force majeure events, natural disasters and for man-made challenges such as site vandalism
- Work with the market Field Operations Managers andNational Field Operations team in review of expenses; manage expenses and budgets to maximize margins and achieve targeted financial objectives
- Review resource requirements with Market and Regional leadership and National Field Operations team
The successful Regional Field Operations Manager will have:
10 + years Wireless Network Operations experience; especially in wireless infrastructure and large scale programs- 5+ years in progressively broader manager roles, leading multiple groups, departments, and teams
- The ability to thrive in a start-up environment with significant ambiguity and challenging problems inherent in building a greenfield, stand-alone 5G network
- Executive presence with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Salary Range: USD $100100.00 - $143000.00 / Year
