Overview:- All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA *
CRMC is home to the only Level 1 Trauma Center and has the only comprehensive burn care in the Valley serving 2.5 million people within 9 counties. The 56,000 square-foot emergency department is one of the largest and busiest in the state. We have an 84 bed Level 3 NICU and a brand new pediatric specialty care unit. Future plans include building a women and children's facility on campus and expanding with 65 additional beds.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for provision and administration of specific physical therapy treatments only under the direct supervision of the staff Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapy Aide as directed and supervised by the staff Physical Therapist, assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The Physical Therapy Aide participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Performs clerical duties, assists with posting of patient charges in the computer order entry system or on hardcopy invoice system. Participates in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs. Works in an environment that requires seven day/week coverage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Approximately one year of clerical experience preferably in a medical environment. Current BLS certificate.
