Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team and help drive change. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles within our clinical department
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent
- Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom
- Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical recruiting trends
- Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process
- Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols
- Extend and negotiate offers
- Provide ad hoc recruitment reports to management
- Recruit for non-high volume roles as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate and/or agency environment
- Experience sourcing and recruiting clinical candidates, with the capabilities to explain nuances of a corporate clinical environment focused on mental health and wellbeing
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates through cold calling, name generation, networking, etc.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
- Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details
- Understanding of legal and compliance issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Location
The Remote High Volume Recruiter can work based out of our offices (Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas) or permanently remote.
