Job description
The Report Processor position supports several specialty practices with various document processing and proofing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proofreading, formatting, and finalizing various documents, including proposals, client engagement letters, financial statements, communication letters, animal welfare reports, and miscellaneous documents.
- Assembling documents primarily using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat within the CCH ProSystem fx Engagement accounting software.
- Verifying proper approval documentation for all work products when final reports are near completion.
- Distributing completed projects via electronic means, FedEx, or mail in a timely manner.
- Maintaining records using multiple document management systems.
- Adhering to Frost, PLLC style guidelines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and performing duties with professionalism and integrity.
- Produce products with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Consistently meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes, terms, and concepts.
- Effective listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and internal relationships with firm leaders.
- Ability to apply best practices and lessons learned to tailor and improve the reporting process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
