Position Summary
The Reporting Analyst will be a part of the Reporting & Analytics team supporting our clients in their reporting needs. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and effective reporting is delivered to the Business Analysts and MSP programs. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed SOP’s and a catalog of managed reports, running and executing various reports using Excel or appropriate VMS, according to provided SOP’s. This person will be knowledgeable and capable of building VMS reports based on requirements provided. The Reporting Analyst will also support Business Analysts creating and / or changing various ad hoc requests based on requirements. Additionally, this role will partake in team training and department activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• Perform accurate routine scheduled reporting via Excel or VMS
• Create and or modify existing Excel client reporting based on requirements provided
• Builds and edits reports within the VMS based on requirements provided
• Ensure SOP’s are accurate and updated when needed
• Ensure that work queue is being worked and deliverables delivered on time
• Works to meet or exceed service level agreements and optimize reporting processes by recommending improvements.
• Ensures and maintains compliance with company and department reporting and data policies and procedures
• Communicates reporting status and informs issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience*

• Minimum 1 year in Reporting environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thin
