MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Recommend system modifications and develop policies for data governance without compromising confidentiality or integrity of Moody Neuro policies, processes, or systems.
- Provide analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology.
- Manages the integration and migration of systems.
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data to best establish and maintain detail regarding organizations KPIs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including information technology, finance, operations, and customer service
- Ability to collaborate by developing relationships and credibility with key partners across the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Power BI
- Reporting and data visualization skills using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of health care operations, CARF and HIPAA regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize time efficiently across multiple departments
- Ability to perform job tasks within the organization's procedural structure
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, Paycom, Litmos, Microsoft PowerApps)
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business and/or Health Care Administration, or related field is preferred. Data analytics certification(s) preferred.
Experience:
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau and SQL required. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience should include managing large and complex projects inclusive of budget management and developing operating procedures for use of an electronic medical record and implementation of EMR and quality management systems.
