We are seeking passionate professionals to support our Residential treatment program's in Portland and Windham Maine.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling
- Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment
- Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed
This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager and supports clients and performs routine technical tasks as needed, in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.
Candidates with personal or professional experience working with substance use are strongly encouraged to apply.

Crossroads utilizes gender responsive and trauma informed treatment models in support of a holistic therapeutic process through our continuum of care. Our staff assist clients in their recovery processes from substance use and co-occurring disorders through counseling, education, role modeling, and compassionate trauma-informed care.
