As sales consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales. The Sales associate will be the brand ambassador of our brand: From greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients.

With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our "Interior Design" service and work directly on both residential and commercial projects: house survey, mood-boards, 3D renderings, Layouts, etc.

The candidate has 1+ years’ experience in a retail environment, ideally in the furniture industry. He/she is driven to achieve sales in a high-end market and has excellent communication skills.

3D DESIGNER – NEW YORK, NY

Working closely with renowned designers such as Ora Ito, Cédric Ragot, Sacha Lakic, Christophe Delcourt and Stephen Burks and with Haute Couture fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Sonia Rykiel Maison and Missoni Home, Roche Bobois offers a broad range of exclusive made-to-order designs, manufactured with a high level of customization in small European workshops.

Under the direction of the Design Manager, your role will be to assist the Sales staff in designing and rendering both residential & contract projects though dedicated design software.

Mission

Your responsibilities will be the following:

To draft and render furniture layouts & wall elevations through our 3D software (20/20) following our Sales Team project requirements.

To define an exact timeline for each Design projects and guarantee completion on time.

To assist sales associates during customer home survey (measurements, pictures etc)

To prepare customer presentations & Mood-boards using Roche Bobois templates.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketch up, V-Ray & MS Office (PowerPoint).

20/20, 3D max & Revit, knowledge are a strong plus.

Ability to working simultaneously on several projects and work under pressure during busy sales time.

Interest in the furniture business.

Schedule = Monday to Friday Working Hours = 10 am – 6 pm
