Beauty Shop Miami is a warm and welcoming salon in the heart of the Little River neighborhood, adjacent many shops and restaurants. We are a small team of kind and talented stylists focused on providing environmentally conscious, beautiful hair, wrapped in amazing customer service!

We are growing, and in search of a Guest Service Concierge who seeks a fun, often fast paced, and hip work environment! (Full Time Position Tues-Sat)

Day to day duties include (but not limited to)

• Answering the phone/booking and modifying guest reservations
• Warmly welcoming all guests
• Closing sales/processing credit card and cash transactions
• Inventory control/ordering/keeping track of maximums and minimums
• Staff relations/productivy monitoring and logging
• Generating simple marketing emails and reports with our P.O.S. software
• Client relations/gift card sales/logging and tracking in house promotions
• Suggesting tailored retail and additional services to increase revenue
• Helping to keep the salon in visual order (ex/ laundry, dishes, clutter) when needed
• Everyday can look different, flexibility is key.
