We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant for a large Services company headquartered in Bradenton, FL. This is a services company that is one of the largest contractors in the U.S. with a large presence here in Florida! There is plenty of room for growth and advancement with this company! About: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm. Compensation: $75,000-$85,000+ / annually + benefits On site position but potential for a hybrid schedule later on.

Responsibilities

• Monthly general ledger and trial balance account reconciliations
• Cash Flow Management, Treasury and Forecasting
• Assist in maintenance of Fixed Asset Schedules and reconciliation
• Various balance sheet account analysis
• Oversee Journal Entry preparation and recording
• Assist with year-end audit and related work papers
• Preparation of various monthly and periodic financial reporting and variance analysis
• Special projects and ad hoc reporting, as needed (ie: Inventory, Costing, Payroll, Lender Reporting, Annual Budget, etc)
• Work closely with operational and accounting personnel including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Payroll, Branch Management
