RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services with one (1) year related work experience (clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions including treating those with co-occurring conditions)
• Criminal/FBI/Child Abuse Clearances
• Child Protective Services Law training certificate
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening

Work Schedule: This is an Exempt (Salary) position

Primarily Monday - Friday mostly daylight 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some evening hours to meet the needs of those served.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Outpatient Therapists provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults with mental health and addiction disorders. We’re looking for confident clinicians accustomed to evaluating, planning, and providing compassionate services, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and dual recovery programs; plus all related documentation and case management work.

Provide individual and group psychotherapy to an adult behavioral health population that includes mental health and substance use disorders. The Therapist is responsible to evaluate, plan and provide clinical services across the adult continuum of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient and other services. Duties will include the provision and documentation of multiple case management functions. The Therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric and other organization staff. The therapist utilizes best practices including the use of screening tools to improve the wellness of those served across functional domains as measured by outcomes. The Therapist is responsible for maintaining the clinical documentation according to Federal, State, County and Organizational policies and procedures.
