Lower Foods Inc. in Richmond is looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Applicants must be able to drive a forklift and be willing to assist with various other warehouse duties. Benefits of working for Double L Ranch Meats: This is a full-time warehouse/inventory position with pay starting at $12-$13 (depending on experience). We run 12 hour shifts and this position is from 7am to 7pm, only Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS. We provide medical, dental, vision, 401K benefits as well as vacation pay. Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems (Training will be provided.)
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Forklift experience
