POSITION SUMMARY
As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in the placement of clinicians through the Recruitment Team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, managing, and monitoring the recruitment process, as well as providing leadership, training and support to your team. One of your key responsibilities will be to develop and implement new strategies and programs to improve the overall effectiveness of the recruitment team. This will require you to engage closely with your team of recruiters, managing their sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes, including negotiations, retention, and overall customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you must have a lead-by-example mentality, and be able to manage an active pipeline of healthcare providers yourself. You will also be responsible for onboarding and hiring for our clients needs, and therefore, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clinicians, clients and your team. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to "roll up their sleeves" to get the job done and can successfully manage their team of Recruiters, while also taking full responsibility in leading the charge of hiring field clinicians. This includes performing all recruiting functions to ensure that well-qualified candidates are available for position openings. As a Recruiting Manager, you must keep all managers and your team well informed of progress and recruiting activities.
Overall, this role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a passion for recruitment and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Masters Degree a plus.
- Relentless devotion to the “people experience” in all things
- Talent management experience with specific experience in recruiting and culture management
- An understanding of healthcare people and millennial workers
- Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs
- Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions
- Strong report-writing skill
- Ability to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required
- Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools
