Corporate Paralegal
Must have at least 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal

PFS Global is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our business management firm in Diamond Bar, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of corporate legal experience and will thrive in a position that offers challenging assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and update legal documents for review by attorneys, such as documents for corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, creating and dissolving corporate entities, real estate contracts, and UCC financing statements.
• Conduct comprehensive research on corporate and securities law, utilizing various legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Organize and oversee the closing of transactions, as well as post-closing tasks and projects, while also managing the filing and tracking of transaction documents with federal, state, and local authorities.

Qualifications:

• Qualify as a “Paralegal” under California Business and Professions Code Section 6450(c).
• 5+ years of relevant Corporate Paralegal
• Familiarity with corporate financing transactions, M&A, and new venture formation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Demonstrate eagerness and potential to serve as a reliable and dependable Corporate Paralegal, offering proficient and impactful legal assistance to the attorneys of the firm.

Pay:

· $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

· In addition to Salary, Paralegals are eligible to earn Annual Bonus
