Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- One year customer service experience with problem solving and complex, detailed communication with customers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Mustbe able to pass a backgroundscreening
- Basic computer experience in a Windows environment
Desired Skills:
- Call center experience a plus
- Basic MS Office experience
- Some college preferred
Summary:
In this role, you will provide top notch customer service by handling telephone and website inquiries from our valued customers.
What you will be doing:
- Respond to driver license or motor vehicle related customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with clear, accurate and concise terms to ensure their understanding.
- Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure informationis disseminated only to authorized individuals.
- Submit research requests.
