Description:
Provide technical leadership for the production team. Responsibilities include providing documentation and floor support associated with safety, manufacturing and quality methods, tooling, and equipment. Aggressively initiate new processes and methods that will improve safety, reduce product cost and/or improve product quality.
Key responsibilities include:
· Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
· Work with Production and Quality Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
· Participate in new product introductions through development of manufacturing processes; bill of material and labor routings; and product labeling.
· Ensure FDA regulatory compliance through IQ\OQ\PQ equipment and process validations.
· Coordination of manufacturing releases with multiple internal stakeholders.
· Lead compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals.
· Participate in CAPA process to resolve process non-conformances.
· Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation.
· Provide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Assure that corrective action is taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areas.
Quality Expectations:
· Complete Quality & EHS trainings within the defined deadlines.
· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
Qualifications:
· B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years of experience in production or engineering function.
· Able to interface with multiple teams on a global scale.
· Good analytical and organizational skills.
· Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to identify & implement best practices.
· Six Sigma trained.
· Ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity.
· Previous experience in integration of process.
· Previous project experience.
· Knowledge about digitalization.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $33,386.00 - $37,560.00 per year
