One on one care and companionship role for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges! We are looking to grow our team of caregivers. If you enjoy playing Skip-bo, going for walks, going for vehicle rides, or listening to music all while at work, we want to connect with you! We currently have Full Time, Part Time, and Casual hours available due to growth and expanding our services.

Located in Appleton, Neenah, and Oshkosh!

Responsibilities:

Caregiver Description:

Follow the Individual Service Plan (ISP) created for each client.

Perform the daily duties including health monitoring, medication administration, meal prep, personal care and light housekeeping.

Redirect challenging behaviors from clients.

All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 18 years of age

Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn

Communication & Problem-Solving skills

Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control

Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen

Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record, preferred
