Sales Account Executive
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Washington D.C. and Richmond, Virginia is seeking individuals with sales experience, excellent client service skills and a passion for technology, new systems, training, and tailored business solutions to join our team. New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Washington D.C. and Richmond, Virginia is an independently owned and operated New Horizons franchise providing high-quality computer training to individuals, businesses, and other organizations in the metropolitan Washington D.C. and Richmond area since 1992. For 30 years, we have empowered individuals and organizations through end-to-end learning solutions – from IT Training to Business Applications to Leadership Development; offering training and certifications in a variety of areas, including Cybersecurity, Applications, Cloud Computing, Networking, Project & IT Service Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Educate customers about New Horizons products and training solutions.
· Grow and maintain new business; provide exemplary service to existing clients.
· Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
· Identify, forecast, and attain sales objectives using tools such as Salesforce.
· Perform prospecting activities (i.e., cold calling, emails, social media other technology tools)
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
· Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
· Ability to close customer contracts and generate new sales.
· Self-motivated, energetic, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
· Minimum 2-year degree.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales environment.
· Experience in the technical space, IT training space, or education sales preferred.

New Horizons of Washington D.C. & Richmond, Virginia offers a great compensation (base + commission) , and benefits package which includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, 401K with match, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and paid training.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
