Hand & Stone Spa in Oak Forest (New, October 2021!) is seeking front desk Spa Sales Associates who will ensure customers' experience in our massage and facial spa is outstanding! Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests, building lasting relationships
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell products, services, upgrades, memberships and gift cards
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients (No worries, we'll train you!)
• Promote health/wellness benefits of regular massage and facial services to meet membership goals
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the spa
• Be a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Evening and weekend availability (our most lucrative, high-commission shifts!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age, or older
• Polished, neat appearance
• Kind, patient, positive attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated success in sales a strong plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
• Reliable and on time
